Terms and Conditions ​

General Provisions

1)Non-Refundability of Goods: All goods sold are final and shall not be eligible for refund under any circumstances.

2) Exchange Policy: Subject to presentation of the original purchase receipt, goods may be exchanged once only, within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, and solely at the retail location where the goods were originally acquired.

3) Exclusions from Exchange: No exchange shall be permitted for goods that have been used, damaged, altered, or otherwise modified, nor for goods sold at promotional prices, on sale, or at a discount.

4) Safety and Operation Instructions: Purchasers are hereby advised to carefully read, observe, and comply with all safety and operational instructions accompanying the merchandise.

5) Reservation of Rights:  The Company reserves the sole and absolute discretion to interpret, apply, and enforce all of the foregoing provisions. For inquiries, please contact our customer service hotline at +852 2114 0211.

Shipping and Taxes

1) Local Delivery (HKSAR only): Complimentary delivery service shall be extended exclusively to local orders within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”), excluding Lantau Island, Discovery Bay, and all Outlying Islands, provided that the aggregate order value exceeds Hong Kong Dollars Eight Hundred (HKD$800.00).

2) Overseas Delivery:  For orders placed outside Hong Kong, the Company shall notify the purchaser by electronic mail of the applicable delivery charges.

3) Taxes and Customs Duties: All taxes, tariffs, and customs duties are expressly excluded and shall be borne solely by the purchaser.

Payment Methods

The Company provides a range of flexible and convenient payment options, including ATM transfer, Money Deposit Machine, Cheque Deposit Machine, Online Payment, and Remittance (applicable to online transfer only).

1) Bank Transfer:   Payments may be remitted to the Company’s HSBC account number 819-848326-838. The designated payee is Barvan International Limited.

2) Faster Payment System (FPS):  Transactions may be affected via the Faster Payment System (“FPS”) using FPS ID 114235591 (applicable within Hong Kong only). Upon completion of payment, the customer shall transmit proof of payment to the Company by facsimile at +852 3500 2717 or by email to sales@barvan-int.com for verification of the purchaser’s payables.
